Old Fisherman's Cottage

Old Fisherman's Cottage

Originally a fisherman's bothy, it has been beautifully restored and modernised to provide the perfect romantic getaway.

The living space is open-plan and provides a wonderful place to relax after a bracing beach walk with comfy sofa and armchair and a beautiful wood-burning stove. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed and you can enjoy stunning sea views from the table. There is a door out to the enclosed garden complete with barbecue and furniture. Upstairs is a wonderful studio style bedroom with fabulous views and an en-suite shower room.

The Kenney Family 31 March 2012 Beach Cottage

We stayed at the Old Fisherman's Cottage over a grey, windy weekend. The cottage has been brilliantly reconstructed. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, private, well appointed and aesthetically pleasing cottage, this is it!
